And, commissioners, not not to cut you off, but I want I'd like to hear a bit more Yeah.
1:56:11
Detail about because my concern is, you know, the written guidance is not gonna be sufficient.
1:56:17
Right?
1:56:17
That's kind of clarification and, refreshers on the law, but we're dealing with a very different climate now where far more active intervention is required.
1:56:26
So I'm curious to hear more of the details of of what that looks like and what those discussions are happening with the agencies.
Lorena Lucero
1:56:32
Happy to provide that very quickly.
1:56:34
Samoy and the law department held the training for all agency general councils, including attorneys from the city council actually.
1:56:43
Over 70 agents were, agencies were present.
1:56:46
That was on January 7th.
1:56:48
In addition to that, there was an additional effort to focus on, frontline staff, and, agencies that had the most touch base with, interactions with immigrant New Yorkers.
1:57:02
So there was a subset of trainings just for additional information to 12 agencies.
1:57:07
In regards to the questions that were raised and the substance of the training, that is confidential.
1:57:14
However, just generally speaking, what was covered with the local laws related to the protection of confidential information, access to city property, and limited cooperation, with immigrant immigration enforcement.
1:57:28
But to the substance of the question and things like that, I'm not at liberty to discuss.
