Council Member Shahana K. Hanif questions MOIA about the omission of the ACS incident from their 2023-2024 compliance reports. MOIA representatives explain the situation and how it was addressed.

  • The ACS incident was not included in MOIA's compliance reports for 2023-2024
  • ACS did not inform MOIA of the incident at the time
  • MOIA has since addressed the issue with ACS
  • MOIA has responded to letters from the comptroller describing the incident

ACS did not did not inform us of this incident.

It was it was excluded, which was part of the mistake that they then admitted later to in paper and which we have, you know, we have now worked out.
