We have been proactively using the data that we collect on a central level.

We've been using that to help the, shelters identify who may be eligible for an, for one of these appointments, who hasn't affirmatively told us either way if they've applied, through case management or through their initial, their initial interviews when they come into our system, and then using that outreach to get them an appointment so that we can really talk about their options and figure out what makes the most sense for that individual and that family.
