Okay.

I know you did a report, as you mentioned, on community with, we call it CRT, community response team, in indicating that the units lacked a mission statement as well as any written policies or procedures relating selection, training of unit members, or policing strategies.
0:40:38
Did the IG did you look also at, to review the activities of CRT officers, such as the BWC videos, arrests and summonses data, and TRI reports?
0:40:49
And if so, do you have or will you have any findings about their actions, such as constitutionality, use of force incidents, citizen complaints, or effectiveness?
0:40:59
I mentioned that because I am no expert here, but the CRT does come up a lot.
Jocelyn Strauber
0:41:04
Well, it does come up a lot.
0:41:05
It came up a lot in in conversations that we had, and that's why we looked at it.
0:41:09
The first report we did did not get into those areas.
0:41:11
It was really a foundational report given how little public information was available about these units.
0:41:17
We wanted to establish, you know, what are the practices, what are the policies, what are they, how do they work.
0:41:22
The the phase 2, that we're undertaking this year could look into a range of deeper issues including what are the disciplinary histories of the officers, what can we discern about the conduct that occurs on the street, what is the data

You want to okay.

I'm gonna call on my colleague for some questions, and then I'll come back.
