Thank you.
1:21:48
But I'm just gonna push back a little bit because, the the outreach and the communication is simply not there.
1:21:54
And so, you know, while I understand that you've accepted the fact that there has been a lag and we have issues, When a young person cannot get the services they need, this is not like, you know, a traffic ticket.
1:22:09
This is something that has wide reaching implications and impact on these families.
1:22:15
So when we're getting the calls, they don't agree with you and I would imagine if we had families here, they would not agree with you that the outreach, the communications, they are not being told anything and there's just these denials.
1:22:30
So, I think we will continue this conversation, talk offline because, there has to be a really serious improvement.
1:22:39
I appreciate you acknowledging the information and and telling us that there's a lag but that lag is not like a, you know, you paid something late.
1:22:48
When when we lag in getting services to our to our young people and our students and families, it has devastating effects.
1:22:57
So we're just gonna have to do much better.
1:22:58
Thank you.
