And it's not saved in a cloud or a third party application or Not that I'm aware of, no.
1:47:52
Okay.
1:47:53
Are there in terms of some of the other technology that you use, whether it's through drones or facial recognition, are there third party programs or services that the NYPD contracts or uses for this surveillance?
Michael Gerber
1:48:06
Can you just ask that question again?
Chi Osse
1:48:08
When it comes to data collection, facial recognition, maybe even the drones, are there third party services that are used or programs outside of the NYPD that are used for that data collection?
Michael Gerber
1:48:23
Well certainly not facial recognition or not.
1:48:27
I mean there is a Heita piece of facial recognition that's discussed in the DOI report.
1:48:31
We'll discuss that a little bit.
1:48:33
Know, the drones excuse me.
1:48:36
The drones are drones.
1:48:39
Are there any surveillance technologies?
1:48:41
Well, there there are surveillance technologies where we're using third party vendors.
1:48:44
That that definitely is the case.
1:48:48
And then, you know, and then I will say, I think maybe this is where you're going, any contract we have with a vendor will have a standard exhibit A.
1:48:56
Mhmm.
1:48:57
That's has sort of standard privacy provisions.
1:49:01
It's actually publicly available.
1:49:02
You can get it on the city website.
1:49:05
And that's going to be standard and non negotiable for any vendor who would have access to data from surveillance technology.
Chi Osse
1:49:15
And I think you spoke earlier about the NYPD's use of artificial intelligence or AI.
