I mean, we always, you know, always work on employees that are looking for opportunities.

As you can imagine, we did a major outreach and as a result, advocacy rate has dropped significantly from, like you know, two years ago it was like 7.5%.

Now we're down to 5.7%.

So we've been trying to recruit as many people as possible.

So we will always welcome every employee that's looking for position and qualified.

And many of these folks are qualified and we will welcome them if they apply for city jobs.
