I mean, we always, you know, always work on employees that are looking for opportunities.

As you can imagine, we did a major outreach and as a result, advocacy rate has dropped significantly from, like you know, two years ago it was like 7.5%.

So we've been trying to recruit as many people as possible.

So we will always welcome every employee that's looking for position and qualified.
