Oh, sorry.
0:23:18
Thank you.
0:23:19
Can you hear me?
0:23:20
So let me just take a step back and give the overall picture.
0:23:23
Then you'll see where we are improving actually.
0:23:25
And that was one of your questions.
0:23:28
The idea is that we are improving the transparency of the agency, internal transparency.
0:23:32
And there were silos actually when we walked in.
0:23:35
Now we're eliminating all those silos.
0:23:36
That shows us actually when we're combining all these things together, we're seeing better results.
0:23:42
We're seeing what is happening in all those and we can combine all those areas and see the output.
0:23:47
And for example, some of the outputs that I would like to mention are, for example, automatic reporting system that we are adding now, automatic notification system we are adding now.
0:23:58
So all these things were not there and manually this work was being done.
0:24:02
Technology did it before technology is going to do it again.
0:24:04
We know that.
0:24:05
And that's how we can the only way we can improve this or one of the ways we can improve this.
0:24:11
We did add several elearning platforms.
0:24:13
Commissioner already mentioned that.
0:24:16
In the past actually the learning process was just we have twelve weeks of the classes.
0:24:24
It's a very tailored classroom now where the need is and we're identifying where the problems were and we're identifying those and we're creating a different syllabus now.
0:24:34
The delivery of the syllabus is completely different now.
0:24:37
It's all electronics, computer based, e learning system, as needed, when needed, where needed.
0:24:42
All those things are actually we are adding.
0:24:44
So these are the small changes in multiple pillars we have internally to give the overall improvement for the agency.
0:24:51
Some of the, for example, client engagement platform, the automation reminding and notification, Even commissioners talking about the policies.
0:25:00
We're developing intelligent document processing internally.
0:25:04
That is actually impressively improving the agency's outcome also.
0:25:09
There are many more.
0:25:10
I can continue to go on and on.
0:25:12
The structural changes that we made internally is actually pivotal.
0:25:16
And the results are astronomical.
0:25:18
If you allow me to talk about the results that we have, like for example, the completion of juvenile probation orders, actually last year we were at seventy seven percent.
0:25:30
This year we went up to ninety percent.
0:25:32
That's a 13% increase we have.
0:25:34
All these things that we're adding is contributing to the end result that we have.
0:25:38
Another one, actually I have the whole list, but I'm going to point out a couple of them, actually.
0:25:42
The adult rate of probationers successfully completed moved from seventy five percent to seventy eight percent.
0:25:47
That's the three percent increase.
0:25:49
So the criminal possession of weapons also, we recovered from $3.49 to five sixty two.
0:25:59
That's 61 percent increase.
0:26:03
When we see the data combined together, we can make the decision which is actually a data driven decision actually.
0:26:10
And that is driving us actually toward the policies we're going to make.
0:26:15
If I have the resources on point A, can I shift the resources because I don't need the resources there?
0:26:20
We have improved the visibility.
0:26:21
That was the concept there.
0:26:22
I hope I answered the question.
0:26:24
I know it's a longer answer, but
Amanda Farias
0:26:26
Don't worry.
0:26:27
There's a transcription.
0:26:28
We'll be able to get back
Diana Ayala
0:26:28
to you.
