Sure I guess just also just because in interest of time and all the questions that I have to ask, I want to be as I guess more clear as possible.
0:35:22
What I think we're looking for is with the restructuring, with the new buckets, with the goals being set, with the new data aggregation and tech tools and AI tools and all, what's your system that you're setting up?
0:35:37
How are we tracking these goals?
0:35:39
What goals are being set?
0:35:40
What are the systems in place or are we just incorporating new technologies and new systems and new policies without putting them on paper somewhere in a dashboard somewhere where they exist in perpetuity and can be transferred over.
0:35:52
I think that's generally what we're trying
James Conroy
0:35:54
to
Amanda Farias
0:35:55
get to is like it's great that we have goals.
0:35:57
Are they written down?
0:35:58
Are they going to be tracked?
0:36:00
Who's managing them?
0:36:01
How are they being met?
0:36:02
And if they're not, how are we reassessing?
Juanita Holmes
0:36:04
Absolutely.
0:36:05
And I'll pivot to you, Roswaune.
0:36:07
They are definitely being monitored.
0:36:09
You have adult operations.
James Conroy
0:36:09
Can I
Althea Stevens
0:36:09
get a system?
Juanita Holmes
0:36:10
Yes, they are.
0:36:11
Okay.
0:36:12
So you have adult operations and you have juvenile operations.
0:36:14
Juvenile is still being built out.
0:36:17
Naturally, the IT team is working with them very intricately.
0:36:21
A lot of, people here with historical knowledge of what was in place and where we're looking to go.
0:36:27
Adult operations is pretty much in place, but our goal is naturally when we're able to see it, we're able to address it.
0:36:34
So if we're speaking about clients, we're able to look at our clients' juvenile population in The Bronx.
0:36:40
We can layer now a screen and see where they all reside and then overlay that with where are the programs.
0:36:47
We want to make sure that the programs are in those respective areas.
0:36:51
They're not logistically challenged with getting there because if they are, they're not going to go.
0:36:56
So those are a lot of things that these systems dashboards are going to help us with.
0:37:01
Do we have the right you know, locations as far as the programs?
0:37:06
Do we have the right programs?
0:37:07
We also have data of attendance with the programs.
0:37:10
So there was a discrepancy where probation population was under the this opinion that if a judge didn't order a program for a client to attend a program, they weren't mandated to attend.
Amanda Farias
0:37:26
Sure.
0:37:26
That was something like this being tracked?
Juanita Holmes
0:37:29
It's all being tracked pretty much in this IT How?
Amanda Farias
0:37:32
They need to know how, like what's the program?
0:37:34
What's the system?
