Thank you.
9:40:27
How is conflict resolved at your school if if you do not have any restorative justice?
9:40:33
Any of the two students.
Aliyam
9:40:38
I'm sorry I don't speak a lot of English but
Rita Joseph
9:40:41
That's okay.
Aliyam
9:40:41
We don't have restorative justice.
9:40:45
I know about the restorative justice because we have subject called advisory.
9:40:53
And then I will when I met someone that introduced me, made the road, and I went to the sessions and then I know about the restorative justice.
9:41:06
And that's why I came here to testify, and I really like the content that Matoro gave us.
9:41:17
And I would like that that kind of subject can be implemented in our schools.
Anderson
9:41:27
So basically in our school we don't have restorative justice.
9:41:33
But basically when any conflict happens in my school, it doesn't matter what conflict it is, like a minor conflict or a big conflict, there's always a percent of follies in every moment.
9:41:47
Like in the stairs, if there's any conflict, minor conflict, there's the police also.
9:41:51
If there is a bigger conflict, I don't know, it's not that big.
9:41:57
Well, the police is there also.
9:42:00
And so we really have that information or what to do in those cases.
9:42:08
So the only thing that we have in our school, the only thing that is the solution for everyone is call the police.
9:42:15
That's the only solution that we have.
9:42:17
So for that, that's why we are fighting for it and raising our voices to have more restrictive justice and mental health support for our students in the schools.
