Hello, my name is Sharon.
3:04:34
Before I begin, release the hostages, let Yahweh's people go, defend Israel.
3:04:41
And happy Purim to everyone who's Jewish.
3:04:45
It's paramount to have funding for the FDNY and the EMS in excess of a billion dollars.
3:04:53
For both, 1,000,000,000 is not enough.
3:04:56
Since it's a combined unit, EMS and separately FDNY combined, previously the police officers, they were going to get a billion dollars.
3:05:08
So if you have two agencies, FDNY and EMS, one billion would not be enough for two agencies and getting new vehicles and different things like that, that's not going to make it a billion dollars.
3:05:23
They must prepare for terror attacks major and they also, we don't expect it, but we have to prepare for it, and they must expect minor terror incursions also.
3:05:36
So they need funding in excess of a billion dollars.
3:05:40
The man cover situation and fire cannot happen.
3:05:44
We need training for disaster situations above the norm, So we see things like the man cover situation, and we know Con Ed needs to coordinate with the FDNY EMS and also with NYPD, and they need to check on every man cover hole within and without to find out what's going on under there.
3:06:10
They need to also check balconies, the infrastructure, roads, and bridges.
3:06:18
Balconies, over the past couple of decades, they have been coming aloose and things like that, so the infrastructures and things, roads, and bridges needs to be checked on.
3:06:31
Emergency management funding has to exceed what EMS and FDNY and NYPD get.
