Hello.
5:20:06
My name is Sharon Brown.
5:20:07
Before I begin, remember Israel, defend Israel, release the hostages, let Yahweh's people go.
5:20:15
Okay.
5:20:16
I agree with the fair fares, but I believe that we also need to go further than just giving people things that sometimes are considered handouts.
5:20:29
Although they need it, we also want to get people into doing things for themselves.
5:20:35
We want to fund home ownership.
5:20:39
We want people to go from the street directly into houses, not into shelters where they're in there and it's come to a crisis point.
5:20:50
So, we have a crisis right now in California, New York, everywhere.
5:20:55
We see over the years it has come to a critical point.
5:20:59
What has been done has not been working.
5:21:03
We need to do something different.
5:21:06
If you tell people they are sick, mental health tells people you are ill, The bible says you are well.
5:21:13
The people who follow the bible direction do well.
5:21:16
The people you tell they can't do something, they don't do it.
5:21:20
Fun home ownership, fun vehicle ownership, fun businesses for the homeless, not programs telling them they're messed up, but programs that engage their talents and skills.
5:21:34
If we want things to get better and not just sit and complain about what's going wrong, tell people what are your skills, let's find out those and let's make it a business, let's fund business ownership training.
5:21:50
If the person has the talent, the skill, but doesn't know how to handle the business side, they can get training for that.
5:21:57
We can get them directly on the business training instead of just on a job training, we need to do something new on business or in business training and fund buying business clubs and fund buying stocks and bonds and get for the last thing I'll say, fund the veterans and military housing.
5:22:20
They should not be homeless.
5:22:22
Pay them as if they were on duty when they were on the street.
