The Brownsville NCP project incorporates various sustainability and design elements across all three buildings to ensure energy efficiency and contextual integration with the surrounding community.
- Buildings will be constructed to Enterprise Green Communities 2020 standards and Energy Star Multifamily New Construction standards
- All-electric buildings with plans for solar panel installation on the roofs
- Use of low VOC sealants and adhesives
- Contextual massing and facades consistent with the surrounding community
- Design considerations for long-term property management
