- The enrollment goal for the year is 1,369, with current enrollment between 300-400 and actively increasing.

How many providers are in the train and earn program?
2:36:40
I know I've been having you all go back and forth.
2:36:43
They should have probably organized it.
2:36:45
You know what, don't worry.
2:36:45
Next year I will organize it to make sure you all sit there and so you don't have to go back and forth but
Joan Kanarkowitz
2:36:51
It's okay, you're keeping us
Valerie Mulligan
2:36:52
on our toes.
2:36:52
So we recently did an RFP, we made 18 awards to train and earn providers.
Althea V. Stevens
2:36:59
Which boroughs and district has the highest attendance rates for this program?
Valerie Mulligan
2:37:03
I will get back to you on the specifics but broadly we're in you know where you would expect us to be Brooklyn, Bronx, but there are programs in all five boroughs.
Althea V. Stevens
2:37:11
How many young adults are currently enrolled in the train and earn program?
Valerie Mulligan
2:37:15
We are in the process of enrolling.
2:37:17
Our enrollment goal is thirteen sixty nine this year.
2:37:21
I think we have between three and four hundred right now but it's actively enrolling so that should go up every day.
Althea V. Stevens
2:37:28
How do attendees learn about this program?
Valerie Mulligan
2:37:32
So first and foremost our providers are the point of contact for young people, so they're all on the ground recruiting and we're working internally with our communications team to share that the program is recruiting always.
2:37:46
So it's on our social media.
Althea V. Stevens
2:37:50
How would you rate the success of the program and are there metrics that you are measuring to show its success?
Valerie Mulligan
2:37:58
Absolutely.
2:37:58
So Train and Earn is funded by WIOA, and WIOA comes along with some really specific measures that we're constantly looking at.
2:38:06
So measurable skills gains for every participant in the program, job placements at different points in time after they exit the program.
2:38:15
Credential attainments.
2:38:17
All of those things are things that we measure and then course correct.
2:38:21
But of course this is a brand new set of providers so they're just starting to enroll their programs now.
Althea V. Stevens
2:38:29
Thank you.
Valerie Mulligan
2:38:31
You're welcome.
2:38:31
Thank
Althea V. Stevens
2:38:31
you.
2:38:32
Look at that.
