Look, DSNY has to also kind of figure out what it's gonna do on commercial corridors where there are no bids.
2:07:53
I mean, this is this is where we have significant challenges.
2:07:56
Right?
2:07:56
We've got baskets on corners in commercial districts all over the city that are not governed by our bid or even a merchant association.

That doesn't happen.

Never happens that way.
2:08:13
So let's be fair.
2:08:15
If DSNY is gonna require, new new requirements and and sort of new operations for the bid world, let's look at what it's also gonna do, to enhance services and support to all of those corridors, the majority of the commercial corridors that don't have a bid or merchant association.
