For November plan payment monitoring task force, The November plan included $425,000 to support five positions in fiscal year twenty six and the out years.

These positions were added to a payment monitoring task force which will focus on improving invoice policies at a agency level with the goal of reducing workloads, improving consistency, and getting vendors paid on time.
1:32:16
Have you been able to fill these five positions?
Lisa Flores
1:32:19
Thank you for that question, chair Wan.
1:32:21
We have been actively recruiting and interviewing for those positions.
1:32:26
I think we have some candidates that are moving through the process, but we definitely have been working internally with sort of creating the vision for that task force, sort of goals, and what we plan to achieve.
1:32:41
And as you mentioned, Chair Juan, bringing all of those invoicing actions into Passport, really creating a group that kind of has oversight of the processes, creating reporting and performance management tools that we can both hold agencies accountable and they can manage their processes, and bringing additional expertise so that we can create invoicing standards and procedures, and then monitor that the agencies are actually adhering to those policies and procedures.
Julie Won

1:33:24
Have they started?
1:33:25
Yes.
Helga Nyanffor
1:33:26
They've been actively helping with the backlog initiative and helped us create a lot of those reports that were sent out to the agencies in terms of monthly weekly tracking.
Julie Won
1:33:35
Okay.
Helga Nyanffor
1:33:36
Also, we're helping they helped build out the reports that were added to passport that Lisa mentioned earlier.
1:33:41
So we developed those reports from the feedback that we got when we analyzed the data of where where there bottlenecks.
