Are there similar street redesigns from the past that we can draw parallels from, in your opinion?
Dash Henley
1:04:42
We have been looking at a little bit right now, but I think the traffic study is really going to inform some of that and some of those comparisons.
1:04:54
You know, I know we have been looking at examples such as Fourth Avenue, Queens Boulevard, that sort of thing where there are parallels in terms of large corridors, changes in land use, truck routes, that sort of thing to sort of have those similarities.
1:05:15
And I think something, if I can just add in response to that and the previous question, is that we understand the timelines for some of these projects and don't exactly align.
1:05:27
But what we have been doing and can continue to do is work individually with developers if we know what's coming online and we can give advice and work on their builders' payment plans and see what they can put in, at least in the meantime, to help the public realm.
1:05:44
So that's something we're going to be working on shortly with the developers of eight eighty Atlantic and ten thirty four Atlantic to try to see what we can do in the interim.
1:05:55
Because we know those developments are within the study area, but they're coming online quicker.
1:05:59
So we're trying to see what we can do.
1:06:01
And we'll do that with any of the future developments, too.
Crystal Hudson
1:06:04
Great.
1:06:05
And just to be clear, that would be aligned with whatever the future plans might be?
Dash Henley
1:06:13
As much as possible, yeah.
1:06:14
Basically trying to see what good can we do now with any future plans in mind.

Great.
