I'll pass it over to Sareed from HPD.

Thank you so much for that question, Chair Reilly.

So you know to just jump in quickly recapping, we mentioned this multiple times.
0:35:35
There you know of the 4,600 units or new homes, 1,400 we're expecting to be affordable.
0:35:40
Of course the best tool that we have to create affordable housing in this area is mandatory inclusionary housing on private sites.
0:35:47
We are looking very closely at public sites as well.
0:35:50
We already discussed the three public sites that we currently have you know a full plans for.
0:35:57
Those are 542 Bergen Street, 5 40 2 Dean Street, 5 16 Bergen Street and 1134 Pacific Street which will total to three eighty one units.
0:36:08
Beyond those sites, we are looking very closely at additional sites including the ones that we mentioned we have additional land use actions for.
0:36:17
Just to go through those quickly, we have you know 457 Nostrand which is a site that is owned by the New York City Public Schools and there is a large surface parking lot that we're looking to redevelop there.
0:36:31
That's an you know an ongoing conversation that we've been you know proactively discussing with New York City Public Schools that potentially result in up to two forty homes.
0:36:41
There's an Article 11 disposition coming to the City Council around that.
0:36:45
So the city is really taking a proactive stance there.
0:36:48
We're also taking a proactive stance around 1110 Atlantic Avenue, an MTA leased city owned site where there you know could be redevelopment of a cable shop site.
0:36:59
I think to you know and then of course 1024 Fulton which is an Empire State owned, Empire State Development owned site that could result in over a hundred new affordable homes that the city or the state has recently released an RFP for.
0:37:14
I think kind of taking those one at a time, talking about how confident we are in 100% affordability, the Article 11 disposition for 457 Nostrand specifically is for you know an 100% affordable project that HPD would advance of course.
0:37:30
The project that at Empire State Developments ten twenty four Fulton is also for a 100% affordable project.
