DCP, a host of other agencies to just have a comprehensive plan.
1:18:12
Right.
1:18:13
That's I would totally agree with that.
1:18:15
I mean, even just the buying out of all of these Mitchell Lomas, that was a decision that was made understandably.
1:18:21
You invest, your time is up, your 6% is paid, you can get out.
1:18:26
Oh, that's like killing millions, not millions, thousands of units of affordable housing.
1:18:31
So, one last idea that I have that's not moving, but I wanna bring it up, is, Wards Island is right next to Randall's Island.
1:18:40
It's got on it a couple of shelters and the fire department, and it's empty land, vacant land.
1:18:45
So it's it's only vacant land left in Manhattan, really, owned by the city or the state.
1:18:50
So it's something to think about, why can't we do another Roosevelt Island without buying out all the Mitchell Lomas, which is what happened at Roosevelt Island.
1:18:58
So something to think about.
1:18:59
You know, we we we need some big plans, big ideas, in my opinion.
1:19:03
Again, homeownership, Mitchell Lama, rental Mitchell Lama, not buying out Mitchell Lama, that kind of thing.
1:19:09
We we that's the kind of thing that I wish the city planning I know the city of yes, I voted for it with some trepidations, to be honest with you.
1:19:17
But, you know, that can it's gonna take forever, and it's also fraught with some of the issues that you brought up.
1:19:24
But plans and ideas like that, sometimes they do come from the community, and that's what I'm looking for.
1:19:30
Any ideas that you bring up around, Moore's Island would be great.
1:19:36
Alright.
1:19:36
Thank you.
1:19:37
Thank you.
