It's great to see you in person.

I had the opportunity to speak with you and the candidates from earlier ahead of today's hearing.

And so I just had a few questions on the record I wanted to ask.
1:19:53
The first is focusing on priorities and approach.
1:19:56
If reappointed to the city planning commission, what would your top priorities be in making housing more affordable for New Yorkers?
Leah Goodridge
1:20:08
Oh yeah, my top priority would be affordability and to raise it at the commission one of the things I would like to do moving forward is have a conversation with the public advocate just about what we can do about MIH, about our current structure for affordability.
1:20:29
I don't feel like it I don't feel like it's working.
1:20:34
Specifically because it's not deeply affordable enough and because of the issues that I raised prior in the hearing.
1:20:40
So that's one one thing.
