You know, I think listen.

I we are well aware that the agency's mandate is much much bigger than the amount of staffing it has been allocated.
1:14:26
Very well aware of that and in fact I think it is irresponsible of the city to continue to place mandates on an agency and starve the workforce that is supposed to implement that.
1:14:39
So you know I think it's to recognize that you are operating under severe staffing limitations and so this, but it is important to understand what the general cadence of the enforcement is because if the field understands that this only happens once a year, it operates very effectively around that.

And we know this is a consistent issue across communities across New York City.

So I guess I'd love to understand a little bit more and certainly even with the inspections that were done, would love to understand how many of those happened in my district.

In particular, you know, I think what we see enormous fraudulent activity impacting the Chinese community in particular on multiple fronts.
1:15:35
So I'd love to see some more focused enforcement and support in that community is particularly vulnerable to fraud.
