Assessment and eligibility determination for APS

The APS assessment process is thorough and ongoing, with eligibility determined based on specific criteria set by state law. This process ensures that individuals receive appropriate services based on their needs.
- State law allows up to 60 days for eligibility determination, though it may be shorter
- Eligibility is reassessed continuously throughout the case
- An individual must meet all three criteria set by state law to be eligible for APS
