Council Member Crystal Hudson requests historical data on APS as a CityFHEPS provider for the last five years. Deputy Commissioner Gili Hershkovich-Kim provides available data and explains the limitations of earlier years' information.

  • APS became a CityFHEPS provider approximately 5-6 years ago
  • Initial process was more manual, resulting in less data for the first few years
  • For 2023: 315 vouchers issued, $8,348,056.00 paid in arrears
  • Year to date (partial 2024): 152 vouchers issued, $4,635,069.03 paid in arrears

I I would also love to see, like, the the last five years, if you can share that and how much you've paid in in arrears.

It's important to note that APS became a CDFEVS provider probably like five or six years ago.

So initially the process was more manual process.
1:00:47
So we have less data for the first few years than we do for the I do have for 2023 and year to date to date if you want.
