Council Member Crystal Hudson requests historical data on APS as a CityFHEPS provider for the last five years. Deputy Commissioner Gili Hershkovich-Kim provides available data and explains the limitations of earlier years' information.
- APS became a CityFHEPS provider approximately 5-6 years ago
- Initial process was more manual, resulting in less data for the first few years
- For 2023: 315 vouchers issued, $8,348,056.00 paid in arrears
- Year to date (partial 2024): 152 vouchers issued, $4,635,069.03 paid in arrears
