For individuals who do not meet APS eligibility criteria, the assessment process includes referrals to other appropriate social services and programs. This ensures that all individuals receive some form of assistance tailored to their needs.
- Referrals can be made to various programs such as home base, older adult centers, and home-delivered meals
- APS clients are assessed for eligibility in other programs like cash assistance and supportive housing
- The goal is to connect individuals with the most appropriate resources and services
