So just to back up a little bit just to get our baseline numbers correct.

Earlier the commissioner mentioned that in the BIC registry there's approximately 5,500 or 6,500 customers that were identified in the BIC registry.

But due to our outreach we identified an additional 1,500 bringing the total new customers of Queen Central to 8,000.
