Regarding the proposed legislation, while we appreciate the council's continued work to address the gender pay disparity, we respectfully do not support intro six seventy five as it duplicates work already underway by the administration to address this matter.

In close coordination and collaboration with the Commission on Gender Equity and through the pay equity cabinet, we are actively analyzing pay equity across our diverse municipal workforce and implementing strategies to address disparities by gender and race.
