SEIU thirty two b j is the largest union of property service workers in The United States, representing over a 75,000 property service workers across our jurisdictions, including 90,000 in New York City, at least 1,000 of which are employed by related.

The application proposed a mixed use development inclusive of over 4,000 new units of housing, over five acres of public open space, and more on the currently undeveloped Western Rail Yard in Manhattan's Hudson Yards neighborhood.

I'm pleased to report that thirty two b j has secured a credible commitment from related companies for the creation of good jobs for the workers who will permanently staff the residential and commercial office portions of this proposed development.
