And then just finally, in the daily news over the weekend, think big money, little victims fifty years on.
1:29:50
I'm sure you saw it.
1:29:51
One new knee suggestion would be just when, you know, when families get in trouble, I don't know if, and they can call the hotline, etcetera.
1:30:00
These are families where young people are in trouble.
1:30:04
So there's always this new need notion that I always like is where you can access at the moment some kind of support.
1:30:11
Meaning, resources that can calm a crisis, emergency cash, youth mental health, etcetera.
1:30:18
How does is that through the youth line that they would be connected to services and maybe funding?
Jess Dannhauser
1:30:23
So
Gale A. Brewer
1:30:24
Could those those issues do come up?
Jess Dannhauser
1:30:26
Absolutely.
1:30:27
And we wanna address them as early as possible.
1:30:30
This is why we have strengthened our preventive support line.
1:30:33
(212) 676-7667.
1:30:36
We've been doing a lot of public work around this.
1:30:39
We've seen a huge increase in the outreach there.
1:30:42
If there are needs that are not met through ACS, whether that be for cash or other things, we will connect them to our colleagues at HRA and we want the public to know that if they have a need for support, you can get family therapies, concrete needs.
1:30:59
We're doing a lot of work with our preventive providers over the next couple months to look at ways in which we can further invest some reallocation of some dollars in both the workforce and in meeting concrete needs for families.
1:31:12
Maybe there's a situation where the the family's doing okay, but the home is very unkempt.
1:31:18
Can we get deep cleaning in there?
1:31:20
We obviously can put homemaking in there to support.
1:31:23
So we're doing everything we can to lean into trying to meet
Gale A. Brewer
1:31:26
And that's through the hotline, that kind of help can be available?
Jess Dannhauser
1:31:29
Absolutely.
Gale A. Brewer
1:31:30
Okay.
1:31:31
And then just finally, just overall, obviously
Jess Dannhauser
1:31:33
The the preventive support line, not the child abuse hotline, just to be clear for us.
Gale A. Brewer
1:31:37
Okay.
1:31:37
No.
1:31:37
I understand.
1:31:37
The one you just gave us.
Jess Dannhauser
1:31:38
Yep.
Gale A. Brewer
1:31:39
Yes.
1:31:39
Nobody knows that number.
1:31:41
I will, so you need tell people about that Our newsletter has more subscribers than anybody else's newsletter.
Jess Dannhauser
1:31:48
Well, we would love to get into it.
