6:58:17
So, actually this happened to me.
6:58:19
I think this is my tenth grade year.
6:58:22
I was going through a lot of stuff like in school, my grades were dropping and I felt like I had a lot of stuff going on at home, and I couldn't talk to nobody because I felt like, you know, it was just like I just kept stuff bought inside.
6:58:34
So my friends, what they did was we sat together in the class and we all talked about our problems, and we like just connected with each other, so that it made me feel like open to it just made me feel like happier and like open to talk to people more and not only talk to them, but also talk to like my counselors and stuff.

Like just talk to them more and it just I just saw growth in myself like I stopped sleeping in class every day, I my grades were gumming up were coming up and I was like more I was more I was a more happier person to know that people around me were listening to me and focused on my mental health.
