So it is a total of $500,000.
2:43:57
It'll be a a $100,000 a year for the 1st 5 years.
2:44:01
And there will be an online reservation booking system that will have we will ensure that we publish publicize the available dates and they can they can through our community liaison who'll be working with that calendar, that that booking system.
2:44:17
They'll be able to to book the site for whatever events they'd like to have.
2:44:22
There's no there's no rent that will be charged.
2:44:26
That those types of costs would be, you know, for leaning for, you know, the operation of the space that they wanna use.
2:44:31
So it's really trying to keep the cost to a to a minimum for especially the smaller organizations that you don't have the means to to be able to go out and and rent spaces.
Kevin Riley
2:44:39
