Yes.
1:28:24
Thank you for letting me speak.
1:28:25
I'm not a professional speaker.
1:28:26
I'm a visual artist.
1:28:28
So I brought some visual aids First of all, a lot of the schematics show these beautiful renderings.
1:28:36
The truth of the matter is that 9th Street is wide, 4th Avenue is wide, 5th Avenue is wide.
1:28:43
This is 10th Street.
1:28:44
This is looking up from Fourth Avenue.
1:28:47
You can barely fit I mean, you can't fit 2 cars, and it's not a two lane road.
1:28:53
It's some tiny street.
1:28:55
And I think there's barely enough room for an Amazon van or a delivery truck to get through.
1:29:03
I don't understand what's gonna happen during construction, but even with 300 additional units, it seems an impossible burden for 10th Street to to get that kind of capacity.
1:29:15
While Stellar was submitting their application, I've been living on 10th Street for 15 years.
1:29:22
I'm a homeowner there.
1:29:25
I've been documenting and time stamping my iPhone photos.
1:29:31
This photograph was taken on October 13 2023.
1:29:35
Six foot high garbage dumps.
1:29:39
You can see by the car and the scale in front of their existing building.
1:29:43
That stayed there.
1:29:44
By the way, they don't pick up garbage until Mondays.
1:29:49
It was picked up on Monday, 3 days later.
1:29:51
This is chronic.
1:29:53
And I'll submit an email with a lot more photographs to you to consider what this does to our neighborhood.
1:30:00
It's brought we've been complaining about it for 15 years and talking about the vermin and the steps of of rats that appear on the road and It's been terrible.
1:30:12
And if this is the reputation, I hope that you'll consider thinking about this and making sure that there's a binding agreement for A REAL BIDING AGREEMENT FOR RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PARKS LOPE NEIGHBORHOOD.
1:30:24
WE'RE NOT GOANIS.
1:30:25
WE DON'T HAVE HUMANS.
1:30:28
Reporter: THANK YOU.
