Once again, if you are here to testify and you have not filled out a witness slip, we need you to do so at the back table By the entrance, even if you registered on Zoom or online, you need to still fill out a witness slip if you are in person.

This is a government proceeding.

And decorum shall be observed at all times.

As such, members of the public shall remain silent unless you are testifying at the dayus.

Witness table or is reserved for people who wish to testify.

No video recording or photography is allowed from the witness table.

Furthermore, members of the public may not present audio or video recordings as testimony, but you may submit transcripts of such recordings to the sergeant and arms for inclusion in the official record.

If you wish to speak at today's hearing and you're hearing the chambers today, you gotta make sure you fill out one of those appearance slips that are in the back desk on the back desk with the sergeant arms and then wait to be recognized.

Once you're recognized, you'll have 2 minutes to speak on either the parks department budget or the sanitation budget.

If you have a written statement or any additional written testimony you wanna submit for the record, just provide a copy of that testimony to one of the sergeants in arms present today in the chambers.

You may also email written testimony if you don't have it prepared, and we'll we'll accept that written testimony up to 72 hours after the conclusion of this hearing.
