And how often do you normally meet with the NATO team or NATO representatives?
Matt Cipolla
0:25:46
So we have meetings every day or nearly every day.
0:25:50
Okay.
0:25:51
Certainly, our team every day.
0:25:53
It's been, as Neil said, very open and collaborative.
0:25:58
NYCHA has a monitor liaison who we work with as a dedicated resource, but we interact directly with members of NICE's senior leadership, the neighborhood administrators, borough VP's, caretaker, supers, really every level, and everyone has been open to meeting with us.
0:26:23
We think honest in their feedback, and it's been a tremendous value to us.

And you did state earlier that you are constantly meeting or having conversations with the tenant leadership?
Matt Cipolla
0:26:36
Yes.
0:26:36
So we have a variety of mechanisms for residents both in leadership and outside of leadership to interact with us.
0:26:46
We have a website, nichomonitor.com.
0:26:49
We have an email address and phone number.
0:26:52
We have a community advisory committee.
0:26:55
We have series of town halls.
0:26:59
We individually, Neil and I meet with resident leaders at developments, and they often introduce us to other members of their resident leadership and also people outside of leadership.
0:27:12
So there's a variety of means and and one of our goals, and and certainly we we wanna continue to get better at this is to make sure that everyone who wants to be heard is heard.
Neil Barofsky
0:27:23
And I just want to say that the support from the residents has just been tremendous.
0:27:28
Like, this report reflects so much of the time that residents have taken out of their lives to meet with us and share with us that are concerns and it really it has as strong of influence on what we're doing as anything else.
0:27:44
And so we just want to really express our deep appreciation for those residents' leaders who who take out a lot of time to work with us and help us do our job.
