Okay.
1:01:52
Can you explain how a prioritization system might help mitigate the risk that you just mentioned?
Ben Osborne
1:01:58
Yeah.
1:01:58
Our prioritization system is designed specifically to help mitigate those risks, and, that's exactly why we developed that system.
1:02:05
You know, we are very innovative in, in developing the system that we have now, this tree risk management approach.
1:02:13
I think we're, you know, the first municipality to adopt our approach like that and, one of the largest, still, to have an approach like that.
1:02:22
So so, yeah, so so this approach to Truist Management is, designed to identify the conditions that present the highest risk and get to those conditions that present the highest risk first because there's always gonna be more work that we could do than we have resources for.
1:02:41
So this system allows us to get to the worst conditions first, with with the resources we have.
