And so, for example, I've been told that that prosecutors in Brooklyn are are telling us that they can't provide the drone deployment report because the officer never completed one, and they can't provide the video from the drone because it was never preserved, and it was either overwritten or deleted, and they can't provide any metadata because it was similarly never preserved.
