Okay.
1:29:29
What information does the NYPD share with federal law enforcement partners?
Michael Gerber
1:29:35
Well, if we're working on a joint investigation, typically we part as part of a task force, we're gonna share whatever is relevant to that criminal investigation.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
1:29:44
Do you all share real time access to surveillance with these agencies?
Michael Gerber
1:29:48
So that's a really good question.
1:29:50
So no, we almost never, almost never allow direct access to our systems.
1:30:01
Now I should say, as you know we have task force officers who will sit as part of the task force, right?
1:30:06
So if you have let's say an FBI NYPD task force, you have NYPD detectives, who do have direct access of course to the system because they're members of the NYPD and they're sitting, you know, literally next to FBI agents, they're working collaboratively, that's the whole model, that's the whole point.
1:30:22
But if the question is about direct access by outside entities, that is incredibly, incredibly rare.
1:30:28
But then in terms of the sharing, like I said, it's it's not broken down by surveillance technology.
1:30:32
If we're working on a case jointly with with our federal partners or state partners, whoever the the partner may be in a criminal criminal investigation.
1:30:41
You know, it the point is to work collaboratively and as a team, and we're sharing whatever is relevant to that case.
