We've gotten some thoughts from the local community board.

I think there's a lot of desire to have perhaps a youth or nonprofit use at that location.

Obviously, as we once we begin construction, and certainly well before completing construction, we'll, you know, have extensive conversations with the local community board and local council members and, you know, reach out, to area businesses.

So we'll have to see is the honest answer.

Part of it is like seeing what, you know, in a couple years where the demand is.
