- A $24 million renovation of the three-acre St. Andrews Playground is already funded
- DOT is undertaking street improvement projects to enhance safety at key intersections in and around the study area
- The AAMUP proposal aims to create 4,600 new homes, including more than 1,400 income-restricted and rent-regulated units
- The plan is expected to create space for 2,800 new jobs across commercial, community facility, and industrial sectors
- Additional capital and infrastructure investments are planned to meet community goals outlined during the public engagement process

So while we continue to discuss infrastructure and capital planning commitments during the remainder of ULURP, I'd like to note we've already made some large initial investments, including funding a $24,000,000 renovation of the three acre St.
