Sarit Platkin details the programs and resources available to support homeowners in the AAMUP area, focusing on preventing displacement and providing financial assistance.

  • The citywide Homeowner Help Desk, a $9.85 million investment, offers a one-stop shop for homeowners facing foreclosure, tax liens, deed theft, and other challenges
  • Four local community-based organizations have received funding to provide these services to local homeowners
  • The Home Fix 2.0 program has been relaunched, offering low or no-interest home repair loans for up to 450 households per year
  • Educational events and classes for homeowners are planned, including sessions on deed theft and navigating homeownership
