Just real quick and I and and as we're on providers, I just wanted to point out I know that over 50 providers signed a letter to the mayor just urging around pay rates because I know when I asked the question before it was it wasn't they said it wasn't clear, but the council called for a hundred and 54,300,000.0 to address the funding rates disparities.

And so I just want us to just kind of like make sure that we're acknowledging that providers have signaled to the administration that the funding rates are inadequate and that they are struggling at this point, and so I just wanted to make sure we had that on record because a letter was given to the administration, I think it was like a week or so ago, and it was over 54 providers saying that, and so now even with this expansion, we're not acknowledging what they're telling us that they can't provide this service because it's so critical.

So I just want to make sure that was on record and we had that, but I will turn it over to Chair Lewis.
