Is that the area where you have the most vacancies?

We have actually 115 vacancies that we can fill so the vacancy rate is quite low there.

We are constantly working to expand our family court legal services classes.

It's more seasonal given their graduation times, etcetera.

We are constantly hiring for special officers and have made great gains there.

I think the key for us is really around retention, particularly for our youth development specialists in detention.

That work to make sure that they're heard, that they're supported, that they have the staff and all of the resources that they need is something that we're very focused on.
