0:34:24
It's currently occupied by the auto repair business a restaurant and 2 residential units.
0:34:29
Are all of those spaces still occupied?
0:34:30
And are are the businesses and tenants aware that they're gonna have to relocate for the construction?
Richard Lobel
0:34:37
Oh, so the the owner owns and operates the auto body shop so they No.
0:34:42
You know, they are aware.
0:34:44

0:34:55

Richard Lobel
0:34:59
I think that the the residential tenants are were under limited leases, and so those leases would be up well prior to any proposed development here.
0:35:09
Again, this project would be a 4 would likely come under a tax abatement application as well.
0:35:15
So we've got a long leeway as far as that's concerned.
0:35:18
But, you know, I know that the owner maintains a good relationship with the tenants, and they're aware of the potential for redevelopment at some point in the future.
