Well, council member, look, I I think this administration has been very outspoken and very aggressive about how marine transport is a big opportunity in New York City.
1:08:01
And both Andrew Kimball and deputy mayor Joshi and and Maria Torres Springer, through the the Blue Highways plan and the effort to get private industry to update the marine facilities that we have and where ADC is relevant to do so, through the city, I think has been a a top priority for us.
1:08:22
So I I think we are doing a great deal.
1:08:25
As I've said already, I think the indirect source rule is one of the key things that we can bring to bear because one of the challenges is, you know, you can lead a horse to water as they say, but you can't make him drink.
1:08:38
And so we can make all of these facilities available.
1:08:41
But if there is no push to get these large facilities to be open to new approaches, then it is less likely that they will embrace them.
1:08:51
And I think what is so important about the indirect source rule is it will push the demand to come from these facilities, and they are the ones who are gonna have to make the decisions.
1:09:01
And then finally, you know, I I will tell I mean, DEP itself, as you as you know, we have a fleet of sludge votes, so we are big believers in the use of water transportation around the city.
1:09:13
And I would imagine that there is a a conversation to be had with the Department of Sanitation as we move towards the next solid waste management plan, which is only, I think, two years away because it was, of course, the first solid waste management plan twenty years ago that put in place the rail and barge system that we currently have and and started the big shift away from moving garbage by truck.
1:09:39
And I'm sure there is an opportunity in the next one to think about it even more so.
